We want you to love your Desero Jacare pieces.

If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• With all tags attached

Once your exchange is approved, you will be able to select a replacement item through our returns portal.

Once we have received your old item please allow a couple days for it to be processed.

Then you be emailed a shipping invoice to prompt your new order, keep an eye out in your emails.

You will then be sent an email with your new order and shipping updates like your previous order.

STORE CREDIT RETURNS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed  
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty  
• Desero Jacare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements

Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders and are payable by the customer.

USA ORDERS: No additional customs fees apply.

DID YOU PURCHASE ? Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchanges Valid in Australia 

If purchased this means you won’t have to pay $11 to ship your item back, but there will be an shipping cost for your new items if you cha be product instead of shore credit.
